Calimontes is a real estate company based in Marbella, Spain. We invest in luxurious properties such as villas and apartments, but the backbone of our business is the rental of our properties.

Calimontes is a subsidiary of a Swedish corporate group that also has a significant exposure to the Swedish real estate market, both commercial and rental properties.

Marie Rodoni

CEO

After graduating from High School in Sweden, Marie studied for a degree in Hotel Management at Les Roches in Switzerland and she has over 25 years experience from hotels and other hospitality related companies in Sweden, England, Monaco, United States and Spain. Her expertise lies within Sales and Hotel operations, and she has been part of opening 5 hotels in different countries. Before starting as CEO for Calimontes she was General Manager for hotels in Sweden and Spain for nearly 10 years.
